Return & Refund Policy

4-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Items must not be damaged by the customer

• Final sale items cannot be returned (if applicable, list them)

How to start a return:
Contact us at support@auranessence.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address.

Return shipping cost:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5–7 business days), we will refund you to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@auranessence.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order may have already been processed for shipping.
